    Trust Automation linear servo amplifiers are designed for a wide range of applications including those that require high bandwidth, high precision and low electrical noise. Customized solutions are also available. Continuous output power ranges from 25W to 150 W, and 600 W in the medium-power models. Continuous output current runs from 1A, 4A, to 6A, with peaks varying at 8A, 2A, 12A and 18A depending on model.

    Trust Automation stand-alone motion controllers include the 2- and 4-axis models of the TA600. TA600 is 24V DC powered, features quadrature or +/- 10V DC analog feedback, user I/O of 8 digital outputs and 14 digital inputs. The TA620 is their spindle controller which features spindle control up to 30,000 RPM, 110/220 VAC power, and sensor or sensorless commutation startup. Both the TA600 and 620 have trapezoidal, SCurve, velocity and custom move types available.

    Trust Automation designs 2-axis and 4-axis stand alone motion controllers that are 24V DC powered, and feature a USB2.0 interface for diagnostics and setup. The controllers provide brushed, brushless, or stepper control with feedback.

    Trust Automation offers standalone servo motion controllers. TA600 standalone servo/stepper motion controllers have 4 high speed position capture inputs, 24V DC power, interpolated moves, and 8-14 digital I/O. Additional features include: four servo control axes, ±10V DC analog feedback, dual DAC's per axis, open loops, application specific parameters, positive/negative/home sensors for each axis, etc. These controllers have applications for packaging equipment, material handling systems, and semiconductor processing equipment.

    Trust Automation offers stand alone stepper motion controllers in TA600 and TA620 configurations. TA620 spindle controllers have power ranges from 110 to 220V AC, spindle controls up to 30,000 RPM, 4 high-speed position capture inputs, and an integrated motion stop circuitry. These controllers have applications for disk drive test systems, and semiconductor processing equipment. They come in velocity, SCurve, trapezoidal, and custom move profiles.
