in Brush Motors
Moog, Inc. offers: PMDC brush servomotors, miniature brush high torque motors, cube brush torque motors, brush torque motors, brush planetary gearmotors, and avionics brush DC motors. PMDC brush servomotors range in rated speed from 887 to 4700 RPM, and range in rated torque from 7.5 to 341 oz-in. Miniature brush high torque motors have rated speeds ranging from 1643 to 3000 RPM, and up to 1274 oz-in in peak starting torque. Cube brush torque motors meet MIL-SPEC 810, have peak torques ranging from 1.0 to 20 oz-in, and can achieve speeds of up to 7500 RPM. Brush torque motors are configured with a special magnetic material alloy that allows higher torque per unit of volume (a higher torque to inertia ratio). Brush planetary gearmotors range in size from 32 mm to 120 mm. Avionics brush DC motors have a maximum stall torque of 5.5 in-oz, and a maximum NOM No load speed of 23500 RPM.

in Brushless Motors
Moog, Inc. offers brushless torque, toroidally wound, planetary gearhead, linear, and limited rotation motors. Torque and toroidally wound motors range from 0.840 to 16.750" OD, and peak torques are available up to 103,300 oz-in. Planetary gearhead motors range in size from 32 to 120 mm. Linear motors achieve up to 1180 lb of peak force, acceleration of up to 40 G, and strokes up to 20 inches. Limited rotation motors provide a consistent torque over a limited angle, and are available with strokes of +/- 35.5°. Other brushless products offered include: Silencer Series brushless DC motors, Silencer Series drive electronics, gearmotors, and outside brushless DC motors.

in Servomotors
Moogs engineers and develops compact dynamic, brushless servomotors; explosion-proof dynamic brushless servomotors; and maximum dynamic, brushless servomotors for various motion control applications. The maximum dynamic servomotors are commonly used within injection molding machines, while the compact servomotors are used in applications that require positioning times of 30 ms or less. Depending on type, the servomotors are available with continuous stall torque ratings of 0.15 to 307.4 Nm and with rated speeds up to 9000 rpm. The company also develops pitch servomotors for wind turbines.
