-
in Ball & Lead Screws
MicroMo Electronics specializes in the design and assembly of the world’s smallest high precision, miniature and micro electromechanical drive systems. The MPS range of micromechanical systems includes high-precision 4-point contact and linear ball bearings as well as precision ball screws. -
in Brushless Motors
Micromo offers brushless DC motors in a variety of configurations, including: servomotors, servomotors with integrated motion controllers, sensorless, motors with integrated electronics, flat, and 4-pole servomotors (BX4 Series). OD ranges from 2 to 44 mm, rated torque ranges from 0.012 to 202 mNm, and the maximum No load speed is 100,000 RPM.
-
in Encoders
MicroMo's incremental shaft encoders are based on the optical or magnetic design principles. To reduce the influence of resonant frequencies, the encoders are mounted directly on the shaft or integrated into the motor itself. MicroMo Electronics encoders include integral magnetic, magnetic, optical and capacitive types. Their frequency range can reach as much as up to 250 kHz, and lines per revolution range from 10 to 2048.
-
in Gearmotors
Micromo offers three types of DC gearmotors that differ from conventional, iron rotor DC motors. Types include flat brushless DC motors with a plastic spur gearheads; sensorless brushless DC motors with plastic planetary gearheads; and flat coreless DC motors with plastic spur gearheads. The various gearmotors feature nominal voltage of 3 volts to 24 volts, and reduction ratios of 6:1 to 1830:1.
-
in Incremental Encoders
Micromo offers encoders in internal magnetic, magnetic, optical and capacitive designs. All of the Micromo's integral magnetic encoders are extremely compact, have low mass/weight, symmetrical pulse edges and have resolutions up to 2,048 lines per revolution.
-
in Linear Actuators
Micromo designs 3mm and 5mm brushless, DC motor linear actuators that feature continuous push/pull force of 41.2 N and intermittent push/pull force of 61.8 N. The actuators are used in X-Y table, medical equipment, valve control, photonics and optic device, and telecommunications equipment applications.
-
in Linear Motors
Micromo features the Quickshaft linear servomotor, in 12.5 x 12.5 x 49.4mm dimensions, in a range of 3.09 to 3.13N of continuous force. The Quickshaft linear motors have a stroke range between 20 and 80mm.
-
in Micro Drives
Micromo's line of microdrives are available as fractional horsepower micro DC motors, BLDC motors, gearheads, gearmotors, and encoders. The drives are used for applications within the medical and laboratory equipment, safety and security, transportation, automation, and energy industries.
-
