  Dover offers Z stages and linear XY tables. Model XYMR open frame microscope XY table have travel ranges from 50 to 200 mm, 38 x 38 apertures, and straightness/repeatability ratings to <±2.5 μm. These tables are available in open or solid top aperture configurations, they can be used in inverted or upright microscopes, they have precision crossed-roller ways, and high repeatability friction nuts. Tables have applications for video profilometry, counting/cell analysis, die inspections, masks, and wafers.

  Dover offers manufactures crossed roller tables for a variety of applications in different drive mechanics, accuracy grades, and linear positioning requirements. Model LMB crossed roller ballscrew tables feature travel versions from 2" to 10", a center-driven ballscrew design, vertical applications, and precision crossed roller ways for high stiffness. Tables can be configured with stepper motors up to 400 step/rev and ballscrew leads ranging from 2 to 5mm. Optional features include rotary encoders up to 4000 counts/rev and linear encoders ranging from 0.1 to 5 microns/count.

  Dover offers precision and high-precision rotary tables in a wide range of configurations. Model DRT-100 rotary tables feature speeds up to 10 rev/sec, 2 micro-radian resolutions, and ultra-stiff 4 point contact ball bearings. These tables have 25mm through-bores, and they have no backlash, torque variations, or gear wear. Tables have peak currents up to 6.5 Amps, peak torques up to 2.5 Nm, and 20 micro-radian resolutions.

  Dover offers single axis positioning tables and stages in precision, high precision, and ultra precision air bearing configurations. Airglide ultra precise air bearing systems have travel ranges from 100 to 1,000 mm, <0.5% in velocity stability, <1 um accuracies, and air bearing/brushless linear motors for maintenance-free operations. These systems have positional accuracies ranging from ±2 to ±3 μm, velocities up to 1,000 mm/s, peak currents up to 14.2 Amps, and peak forces to 240 N.
