Feinmess Dresden develops rotary positioning stages that can be combined with linear and XY stages without adapter plates. Some of the rotary stages are available with aperture, and can be prepared as ultra-high vacuum and non-magnetic systems. The stages are either DC worm gear-driven, piezo-driven, DC-motor driven; with some of the stages able to carry heavy loads.
